Our Vision :

    Sustainable Empowerment of tribal for establishing tribal self-governance with secured livelihood in context of Rainfed to exercises of social justice and dignity of vulnerable groups and fight for the child and women rights

Our Mission :

    Work with the people’s organization and network to build up their capacity to fight for the right of the Child, Bonded labour, Women, and other vulnerable section for increasing their access and control over natural resources, caring for better health and education services through Gram Sabha for increase the public Investment in Rain fed agriculture

Our Objectives :
    • To adopt on integrated approach to help the rural people in mobilizing for self-sustained development.
    • To improve the economic conditions of the target group through suitable utilization of existing skills and resources.
    • To restore forest, land quality and water, ensuring sustainable livelihood.
    • To develop a people forum for access and control over natural resources and skill up-gradation through Community Capacity Building Plan.
    • To aware the target group against exploitation and oppressions for caused of human rights.
    • To emphasize on relevant actions for development of women and children belonging to the unprivileged group.
    • To bring awareness among the target group of tribal and other under developed groups for basic health services.
    • To create awareness on bonded labours, Child Labour, landless for incrusting self-reliance and ensuring social justice.

    • A combination of local semi educated staff and high-qualified staff because of inaccessible and remote area and people with language problem.
    • Hiring of resources person and consultant as and when required.
    • Capacity Building plan for Staff.
